We collect only the information needed to serve you:

• your name and phone number;
• messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, including any photos you share;
• invoice details required under GST law when you make a purchase (such as name, address, and GSTIN for business buyers).

This website is static: it has no user accounts, no login, no online payments, and we do not collect information through forms on this site. The “Send enquiry” form on our Contact page only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device; nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

• to issue GST invoices and keep the records required by law;
• only with your consent, to send offers and new-collection updates on WhatsApp.

We use WhatsApp, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, to talk with customers. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name and messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy, and by us to reply to you.

We will send you promotional messages (offers, new arrivals, festive collections) only if you have agreed to receive them. Transactional messages about your enquiry or order may be sent without separate consent.

You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or by contacting us by phone or email. We will stop sending promotional messages promptly. You may still receive messages about an enquiry or order you have open with us.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us communicate with you, such as Meta/WhatsApp, phone and email providers;
• with government or tax authorities, or courts, when required by law (for example GST records).

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to serve you. Invoice records are kept for the period required under GST and other applicable Indian laws. We take reasonable care to protect your information from misuse or unauthorised access.

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

This website does not use cookies for tracking and does not currently use analytics. Embedded content, such as the Google Map on our Contact page, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are governed by those providers' own privacy policies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
